TSO Goes Live!
18/11/08 at 1600 UTC saw the servers go up as anticipation of TSO, EverQuest II's fifth expansion hit feverishly high levels. For almost the last three hours, those lucky enough to be in game have been grinding through the quests and mobs for AAs and server discoveries alike, barely halting for bios and sustainance.
For those who don't know what The Shadow Odyssey is about, allow me to explain with a few links:

Zones and lore
In short, it gives us 20 new zones in the level range of 50 - 80 with a mix of dungeons and instances, new challenging raidzones and another 60 achievement skill points to grind through, as well as lots of new equipment and items to find.
I speak for us all when I say I am looking forward to grinding through these :D
New Goals
With a new expansion, we have new goals to obtain. These have been set out into Short Term and Long Term goals:
Short Term Goals
* All regular raiding toons to obtain their mythical weapons
* All regular raiding toons to obtain 200 AA points
* All regular raiding toons to improve their gear with the new expantion items
* To finish off RoK raiding and to start TSO raiding
Long Term Goals
* All other toons to have their mythical weapons
* All other toons to have 200 AA points
* To be progressing well through the TSO raids
The Core and I believe that these goals can be obtained and we will strive to deliver these, however it is only with your help and continued belief that we will be able to say "We Always Prevail!" once more.
